Apple Online Store Goes Live in India

Apple’s Tim Cook has earlier tweeted that the Indian market is getting a dedicated online store on September 23rd, where users can buy products online amidst this pandemic. And the day has come. Apple toggled the switch to push Indian store website live, and it’s simply amazing. While everything remains the same as other general online stores, what makes this store special is the support from an Apple specialist. Users can now call/chat with Apple reps to know more about their product and even get support from an Apple expert whenever there’s an issue with your products. Apple added dedicated pages to detail their “Free, Safer Delivery“, “Ways To Buy“, “Trade-In” etc. Users can now configure their MacBooks accordingly but may have to wait a little longer to get their customised product. While they can pay with multiple payment options, Apple says eligible students can get additional discounts on their products. Also, there’s an exchange policy for a new iPhone, and have all your products delivered at the doorstep, for free.
